Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 small white onion diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

Bake the Potatoes
